Ayanda Malele has over 7 years’ experience in the Learning and Development sector with over 13 years’ experience in Financial Services, specifically Short-Term Insurance. She has navigated from Sales, Client Services, Quality Assurance, L&D as well as management.
Ayanda currently holds a National Diploma in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices as well as an IISA Programme in Short Term Insurance Certificate through UNISA, making her a constituent assessor with INSETA.
She has recently embarked on an online video platform called the Insurance Guru, which is to teach both the consumer, insurance professional as well as career seekers on terms and key points in Insurance.
